A dispatcher at the Allied Service Group office in Jackson reviews the request, confirms the priority you selected and schedules a technician for the access window you gave us. You’ll get a confirmation by phone or email. If the priority is Emergency, call 731-982-2634 as well, because a phone call reaches dispatch faster than a form outside office hours.

FAQS
Frequently Asked Service Call Questions
Emergency means the failure is costing you product or shutting down service now, such as a walk-in warming or a hood exhaust fan down in the middle of lunch. Same Day and Next Day fit equipment that’s limping but not stopping you. Must Be Scheduled is for installs, planned maintenance and repairs where you want to choose the day. Picking accurately lets us route the right technician and keeps emergency slots open for kitchens that are actually dark.
Calls outside normal hours carry overtime labor rates. Checking Yes lets dispatch send a technician tonight or over the weekend without stopping to get approval, which matters when a freezer is climbing. Checking No means we’ll schedule the first available regular-hours slot unless you call and change it.
Pricing is based on labor time, travel, parts and any trade-specific fee, such as refrigerant reclaim on sealed-system work. For larger repairs and projects we provide an estimate for approval before the work proceeds. Tell us in Additional Information if you need an estimate before any work starts, and the technician will diagnose first and quote before repairing.
They aren’t required, but they change the visit. With a model and serial number, dispatch can check warranty status, pull the right parts diagram and load the truck before the technician leaves Jackson. Without them, the first visit may be diagnostic only. Both are on the data plate, usually inside the door on refrigeration and on the side or back panel on cooking equipment.
