How Equipment Installation Works

From your first call to equipment that’s running, here’s how the process goes.

Call or Request Online

Contact dispatch by phone or online. Tell us what’s coming out, what’s going in, or both, along with your timeline, and we’ll schedule accordingly.

Schedule Your Installation

A factory trained technician is scheduled with the tools and parts needed to complete the removal, installation, or both.

Remove, Prep & Install

Your technician removes the old equipment if needed, disposes of it properly, preps the new unit, and completes the installation to manufacturer specifications, including every water, electric, and gas connection.

Test, Document, & Follow Up

Every installation is tested before we leave, and we file warranty claims on your behalf for any out-of-box failures. We follow up to confirm everything is running right.

Highly-Skilled Technicians

Our installation specialists train continuously across every equipment category we install, not just at hire.

We Stock the Most Commonly Used Parts

Connectors, fittings, and hardware, the parts installation jobs need most ride in our trucks, genuine manufacturer parts only.

90-Day Guarantee

Vans are GPS tracked and stocked for same day service, and every job carries a 90 day guarantee on parts and labor.

Planned Maintenance Programs

Protect the investment from day one. Ask about enrolling newly installed equipment in a planned maintenance program to prevent breakdowns and extend its life.

All Fuel Types & Configurations

Gas, electric, steam, or dual fuel, we install and remove every commercial kitchen configuration, one vendor no matter what you’re replacing.
